Delicious Marzipan

Just the right hint of sweetness, not cloying. Very pleasant aroma. Slight stickiness. Texture has a nice lightness, not dense. Nice with a cup of tea. Can't say I especially notice notes of pistachio. Great value for the price. I'd buy again, for sure.

It is very soft and tasty. However, the amount of sugar you put in it made it extremely sweet. It would taste much better with less sugar.
