Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping & Transit Times
We ship orders from California using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Weekend Shipping & Temperature-Sensitive Products
To help protect the quality of our sweets, we may adjust the shipping date of temperature-sensitive orders to prevent packages from sitting at carrier facilities over the weekend or during periods of extreme heat.
Orders placed later in the week may therefore ship on the next appropriate business day. We appreciate your understanding as we take these precautions to help your order arrive in the best possible condition.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
Orders over $99 qualify for complimentary shipping coverage of up to $20.
If the selected shipping method exceeds $20, such as certain expedited shipping options, the customer is responsible for the remaining amount.
Free shipping applies to one order shipping to one address. Orders being sent to multiple addresses must be placed separately and must individually meet the $99 minimum.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your label is created.
Carrier & Weather Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Because many of our products are sensitive to temperature, we encourage customers to retrieve delivered packages as soon as possible, particularly during warmer months.
