Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
To request a return, email cs@anoushusa.com with your order number and reason.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the product.
Perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
