Shipping policy

We ship all orders promptly from our California warehouse, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We take care when scheduling shipments to help preserve the freshness and quality of our products while in transit.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
• Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed beginning the following Monday, excluding holidays.
• To help preserve the quality and freshness of our products, we schedule shipments to minimize time spent in carrier facilities over weekends, where temperature-controlled storage cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, an order may be held until the next appropriate business day to help avoid unnecessary weekend transit.
• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
• Priority orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipment timing may be adjusted when necessary to minimize extended weekend transit.

Shipping Methods

• We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Expedited and express options are available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier when necessary to ensure the most reliable and timely delivery. Any additional shipping cost resulting from a carrier change made by us will be covered by Anoush USA.
• We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $99, covering shipping costs up to $20. If the selected shipping method exceeds $20, the additional shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Expedited and overnight shipping may not be fully covered by our free shipping offer.
