Shipping policy

We ship all orders quickly from our California warehouse, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

• Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship out on the following Monday.

• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

• Priority orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

• We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Expedited and express options are available at checkout.

• We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier when necessary to ensure the most reliable and timely delivery. Any additional shipping cost will be covered by us.
