Each piece begins with silky marzipan handcrafted from East Mediterranean almonds, then dipped in a rich coat of premium dark chocolate. The result is a luxurious harmony of nutty sweetness and bittersweet depth. Made in Aleppo, Syria by a historic confectioner dating back to 1963, and air-shipped weekly to California, these indulgent bites are perfect for gifting, elegant dessert spreads, or an after-dinner treat paired with espresso or tea.

Annoush Marzipan Chocolate is my absolute guilty pleasure! I order it every month, and honestly, I probably eat way too much of it, but it is that good. The marzipan and chocolate are perfectly balanced, rich, fresh, and delicious every time.

It is also a true taste from home. When I miss Aleppo, I indulge in it with a cup of tea, and it brings me so much comfort. It has become our Annoush favorite in the house, and everyone loves it. Highly recommend!

Chocolate covered marzipan

The other marzipan pieces I wanted to order were sold out so I ordered these to distribute to friends and keep some for myself. The chocolate was a little bitter but again, it’s dark chocolate and everybody’s taste and preferences vary.
