If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
To help us better understand and resolve any issue as quickly as possible, we may kindly ask for a photo of the item and its packaging.
As many of our products are perishable and handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items unless there is a quality issue.
