Unusual and Yummy!

"Whole Apricot Jam" is not exactly what you may be expecting - think more like whole apricot preserves (and watch out for the pits!). Very simple, but very flavorful. They make a great dessert in their own right, but would also go well with ice cream or a simple cake like pound cake. :-)
