This is Antep Style Baklava, which is more moist and slightly sweeter than Syrian Style Baklava. This box contains only Baklava, meaning it excludes "Mabroume", "lsan Asfour", etc.

We import them from Aleppo, Syria from a shop called Mahrouseh which is one of the oldest and most reputable baklava shops in Aleppo that thankfully survived the war. We import on a weekly basis via air, so they are always fresh.
It is truly a pleasure for me to be able to share this delicacy with all of you!

The little squares of Pistachio Baklava Antep Style were so delicious I almost can't find the words to describe them! At first, I thought I would treat myself to eating just one piece each day after dinner, but I didn't have the will power. So then I began eating 2 pieces each day, and when I got up to 3 pieces each day I said to myself "they'll be all gone too soon if I keep doing this!" I stuck to eating 2 each day after that, but this Antep Style Pistachio Baklava is addictive!!
