Handcrafted in Aleppo, where baklava-making is an art passed down through generations, this box showcases the purest expression of Syrian pastry craftsmanship. What sets it apart? The use of prized Aleppo pistachios—smaller, greener, and more intensely flavorful than any other variety in the world.

Made by the legendary Mahrousseh bakery, established in 1898 and still operating in Aleppo today, each piece is made with fine layers of filo dough, pure Syrian ghee, and generous pistachio filling, then lightly soaked in an orange blossom–infused syrup that brings out the natural richness of the nuts.

We import this baklava weekly by air to ensure unmatched freshness and authenticity. It’s truly a pleasure for me to share this timeless Aleppine delicacy with you.

I’ve been longing for Syrian baklava and mabroumv(Bourne) for years, I finally found it. It’s authentic and very high quality. Beats Detroit baklava hands down. I am diabetic but ate it anyway, it’s so good. The brazek and man wa sales were just as good. Will buy again!
