This is Antep Style Baklava, which is more moist and slightly sweeter than Syrian Style Baklava. This box contains only Baklava, meaning it excludes "Mabroume", "lsan Asfour", etc.
I import them from Aleppo, Syria from a shop called Mahrouseh which is one of the oldest and most reputable baklava shops in Aleppo that thankfully survived the war. We import on a weekly basis via air, so they are always fresh. It is truly a pleasure for me to be able to share this delicacy with all of you!
