This is Antep-style Baklava at its finest. Richer, more moist, and slightly sweeter than its Syrian counterpart, offering a deeper soak of aromatic syrup in every bite. This box contains only traditional layered baklava, intentionally excluding shapes like Mabroumeh or Lsane Asfour to let the classic form shine.

Handcrafted in Aleppo by the historic Mahrousseh bakery. Established in 1898 and still thriving today. This baklava features delicate layers of filo pastry, lavishly filled with premium Aleppo pistachios, and baked to a golden finish with Syrian ghee. Each piece is soaked in a light syrup that highlights the natural flavor of the nuts without overpowering them.

We import these fresh by air to preserve their just-made texture and signature aroma. It’s truly an honor to bring a piece of Aleppo’s rich culinary heritage to your table.
