The use of prized Aleppo pistachios. Smaller, greener, and more intensely flavorful than any other variety in the world.

Made by the legendary Mahrousseh bakery, established in 1898 and still operating in Aleppo today, each piece is made with fine layers of filo dough, pure Syrian ghee, and generous pistachio filling, then lightly soaked in an orange blossom–infused syrup that brings out the natural richness of the nuts.

We import this baklava weekly by air to ensure unmatched freshness and authenticity. It’s truly a pleasure for me to share this timeless Aleppine delicacy with you.
